This Clause shall be paramount and shall override anything contained in this insurance inconsistent therewith

1. In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage liability or expense directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from

1.1. ionising radiations from or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste or from the combustion of nuclear fuel

1.2. the radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous or contaminating properties of any nuclear installation, reactor or other nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof

1.3. any weapon or device employing atomic or nuclear fission and/or fusion or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter

1.4. The radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous or contaminating properties of any radioactive matter. The exclusion in this sub-clause does not extend to radioactive isotopes, other than nuclear fuel, when such isotopes are being prepared, carried, stored or used for commercial, agricultural, medical, scientific or other similar peaceful purposes.

1.5. Any chemical, biological, bio-chemical, or electromagnetic weapon.

本列条款的重要性超越本保险中与之相悖的条款内容任何情况下，本条款对以下损失责任或由此造成和引起的直接或间接费用概不负责：

1、由核燃料或核废弃物或核燃料燃烧释放的放射能所致放射线泄漏；

2、核设施、反应堆或其他核装置、核原件等具有放射性、毒性、爆炸性或其他危险或污染性财产；

3、任何原子核裂变和/或核聚变或其他类似核反应或核辐射武器或装置；

4、任何具有放射性、毒性、爆炸性或其他危害或污染性的放射性物质。本条中的除外责任不包括库存、运输、仓储或用于商业、农业、医药、科学研究或其他相似的和平目的使用的核燃料以外的放射性同位素；

5、任何化学、生物、生化或电磁武器。
