Severability of Interest and Waiver of Subrogation　　　　　　　

The rights and indemnities of any of the parties who are not guilty of any fraud misrepresentation non-disclosure or breach or condition or warranty shall not be prejudiced or affected by any fraud misrepresentation non-disclosure or breach of warranty by any of the other parties comprising the Insured. Insurer hereby agree to waive all rights of subrogation which they may have or acquire against any of the parties comprising "the Insured" except when such rights of subrogation are acquired in consequence of any fraud misrepresentation non-disclosure or breach of condition or warranty by that Insured.
