Confidentiality Agreement
The Insurer shall treat all privileged information relating to the insured project (whether oral, written or otherwise, including without limitation documentation, material and any copies of records relating thereto)(‘Confidential Information’) disclosed by the Insured or its advisors or consultants as confidential, and shall not, without the prior approval of the Insured, disclose it to any third party.The Insurer shall use the Confidential Information relating to the insured project only for performing its role as the underwriter and not for any other purpose.
