Before the Assured arranges for repairs of damage for which the Swedish Club (“Club”) is liable, he must, whenever possible, consult with the Club with regard to time and place of the repairs and the methods to be applied.

The Club may request tenders to be invited form those repairyards that the Club considers suitable.

Compensation for time lost solely as a consequence of the taking of tenders will be made in accordance with the Hull Insurance Conditions applicable to this Policy. Non-compliance with the stipulations in this clause entitles the Club to reduce the ascertained recoverable claim by 15% prior to applying any stipulated deductible (s) or any other deductions as per Policy conditions.
